At Zwilling, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, our return policy allows you to return items within 60 days from the date of delivery.

Returns sent without a Return Authorization will not be accepted. Please be aware that return shipping costs are non-refundable. Make sure to follow our new return instructions, as we cannot be held responsible for returns sent without prior authorization.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ONLINE ORDER

Return via Mail:

  • Pack your items securely in the original packaging, if possible.
  • Include your Pre-Authorization Form provided via mail in the package.
  • Use a shipping method that provides tracking to ensure we receive your return.
  • Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs

Return to a Zwilling Retail Store:

  • Please visit our to locate a store near you.
  • Visit your nearest Zwilling store with your online purchase and invoice. Our stores feature a stunning selection of exquisite products, making them the perfect place to exchange your item if desired.
  • A store associate will assist you with the return process.

Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return, your items must be:

  • Unused
  • In the same condition that you received them
  • In the original packaging
  • If your order was received damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please save all packaging and materials and contact us within 48 hours of receipt.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Visually imperfect items
  • Unsealed personal beauty items
  • Engraved items
  • Discontinued items
  • Warehouse sale purchases

Are there any return shipping costs?
